We work closely with several Canadian manufacturers of quality solid wood home furnishings. We have the ability to order standardized items from their catalogs and have them built to your specifications. It’s easier then custom building and still allows you to create a completely unique look.
Wood: Eastern Rock Maple, Yellow Birch, Northern Red Oak, Alder, Knotty Pine and more. All farm grown and FSC Certified in North America
Stain: Natural wood tones to dark espresso and hickory finishes and everything in-between. Simply choosing the right stain can take a piece from traditional to modern and vice versa.
Hardware: Contemporary brushed nickel to antique black, solid wood and more, the easiest way to have any piece work in your decor.
Fabric: Hundreds of colours, patterns and textures to select from on dining chairs, accent chairs, sofas and beds.
Size: Many items are built in more than one size to accommodate all spaces.

Yes! Many of our builders will custom build items to your exact specifications. We strive to always be creating new styles and looks but your home is unique and so is your style. If we don’t have what you want as a standard “Built-to-Order” item,we can certainly have it built for you.
Of course, we offer complete lines of Canadian Made and “Built-to-Order” sofas sets in fabric or leather and a full range of unique and distinctive home decor. From wall art to table wear, vases and lamps we can help you complete your space with just right touches.
We offer a professional home delivery service in Edmonton and the surrounding areas. All our deliveries are done by a contracted service that has been in the business for over 20 years. All items are blanket wrapped, fully assembled and placed in your desired location. We can also arrange long distance delivery within Western Canada.
We work closely with our builders and monitor all their lead times. Each factory operates differently and delivery time ranges from 3-4 weeks from our quickest builders to 6-8 weeks from others. All quoted delivery times are approximations only. Due to the nature of our business we cannot ever guarantee a delivery date as many factors are beyond our control.
All items sold are covered by a 1 year Home Envy warranty. Many items have longer manufacturer warranties which we of course pass on to you. We sell quality, well built furniture and stand behind it if you encounter a problem after the warranty problem please let us know and we will do what we can to help rectify the problem.
Yes, we have sales staff who can come to your home to help get an idea of spaces and sizes and to help make reccomendations. We also have a wonderful network of talented and amazing Interior Decorators that we would be happy to refer you to in order to pull together all your decisions.
Of course, we have a great and unique program designed to help Interior Decorators and Designers, Home Builders and Stagers to impress and amaze their clients. Your solid wood furniture is very low maintenance. Most pieces are lacquer finished and only require regular cleaning with a damp cloth. Never use a cleaning product containing silicone as this will deteriorate the finish. Avoid direct sunlight as this may cause fading or bleaching over time. Maintain minimum humidity levels of 30% year round and use a moisturizing product like Howard’s Feed N Wax to avoid drying out and wood shrinking.
Absolutely not, nearly all of our “Built-to-Order” items arrive to us fully assembled and ready to deliver. This allows for solid construction to add durability and strength and saves you the headache of spending all weekend trying to put it together. To allow for easier shipping some items do come in to us requiring assembly. These items are always assembled by our trained personnel before your delivery or pick-up is arranged.
All in-stock items purchased may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, if accompanied by an original receipt. All items for return must be in original condition. We will not be able to accept returns for any reason after the 14 day period.
All factory and custom orders are ordered specifically for the customer and to their specifications. We offer a 7 day grace period within which factory and custom orders may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. After this period, all cancelled factory and custom orders are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. This fee covers our costs incurred while we warehouse or display this item until another customer purchases it.
